• GPS distance measurements for golf courses
• Payment processing for entry fees and payouts
• Chat and communication features
• Social features for golf enthusiasts

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent activities
• You harass other users
• Your account has been inactive for over 2 years

4. User Conduct

5. League Management and Payments

5.1 League Creation

As a league administrator, you are responsible for:

• Setting fair and legal league rules
• Managing league members appropriately
• Collecting and distributing entry fees accurately
• Resolving disputes among members
• Ensuring compliance with local gambling laws

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). You agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information
• Comply with the payment processor's terms
• Pay all applicable fees and charges
• Resolve payment disputes directly with other league members

5.3 Fees and Refunds

Putts & Payouts may charge service fees for premium features.

• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change fees with 30 days notice
• Entry fees paid to leagues are between members and league admins
• Disputes over league payouts must be resolved among league members

6. GPS and Location Services

GPS features require location permissions. You agree that:

• GPS distances are estimates and may not be 100% accurate
• You will not rely solely on our GPS data for critical decisions
• GPS accuracy depends on device hardware and environmental factors
• We are not liable for inaccurate distance measurements

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

Putts & Payouts and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software
• Reverse engineer or decompile the app
• Remove copyright or trademark notices
• Use our branding without permission

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a license to:

• Store and display your content
• Share it with other league members
• Use it to improve our services
• Include it in promotional materials (with permission)

8. Third-Party Services

Our app integrates with third-party services:

• Google Maps: For GPS and course mapping
• Firebase: For database and authentication
• Payment Processors: For financial transactions
• Advertising Networks: For displaying ads

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service "As Is"

Putts & Payouts is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of scores, statistics, or GPS data
• Security against unauthorized access
• Compatibility with all devices

9.2 Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Putts & Payouts from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

11. Dispute Resolution

13. Termination
