Access support directly from the app
From the main screen, tap "Create Leagues" → Fill in league details (name, scoring system, entry fee) → Tap "Create League". You'll receive a unique join code to share with members.
Tap "Join with Code" → Enter the 6-character join code provided by the league admin → Tap "Join League". If you received a link, simply tap it to join automatically.
Enable location permissions → Select a golf course → The app uses your GPS position to calculate real-time distances to each hole. Make sure you're on the course for accurate measurements.
Your quota is based on your handicap and adjusts based on your recent scores. For Stableford scoring, the default quota is typically 36 points. You can manually adjust it in your profile settings.
League admins can configure payout structures (e.g., top 3, winner takes all). Entry fees are collected and distributed according to the league settings. Payment processing is handled securely through our payment partner.
Yes! Go to the league → Scores → Find your round → Tap "Edit". League admins can also edit any member's scores.
Go to your league → Tap "Invite Players" → Choose to share via text, email, or copy the join link. Players can join using the 6-character code or by tapping the link.
Yes! We use industry-standard encryption and security measures. All data is stored securely in Google Cloud (Firebase). We never sell your personal information. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
Yes. Go to Account Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete Account. This will permanently delete your account and associated data. Note: You must leave or transfer ownership of any leagues you admin first.
Putts & Payouts is available on iOS (iPhone/iPad), Android, and web browsers. Your data syncs automatically across all devices.
An internet connection is required for most features (syncing scores, viewing leaderboards, etc.). GPS distance calculations can work offline once course data is cached.
Go to your profile → Tap "Edit Profile" → Tap your profile photo → Choose to take a new photo or select from your gallery → The photo will be uploaded automatically.
